Lock, enable/disable, and approve charts

Locks a chart to prevent edits. Requires **Builder** or **Administrator** role.

📄️ Unlock chart

Unlocks a chart to allow edits. Requires **Builder** or **Administrator** role.

📄️ Enable chart

Enables a chart. Requires **Builder** or **Administrator** role.

📄️ Disable chart

Disables a chart. Requires **Builder** or **Administrator** role.

📄️ Approve chart

Approves a chart. Only the chart owner can approve.

📄️ Revoke chart approval

Revokes approval from a chart. Only the chart owner can revoke.
